Workers' Compensation

Payroll
Payroll Administration
Payroll information is forwarded to the company via a variety of means, depending on your desires and location (fax, email, or secure web based program).
Each client works regularly with a personal payroll specialist. Thus, you have direct access to one individual who processes your payroll and tracks it to the end, making sure of its timely arrival.
All garnishments and other court ordered payments are handled by BPS. There is no additional charge for this service.
Certified payrolls are furnished, where required, with each payroll statement. Your payroll specialist should be notified at the beginning of each payroll period if a certified payroll is required, in which a small scheduled fee applies. Please contact us for more details.
BPS' system is compatible with every payroll, including Piece Work, Job Costing, Commission, Salary, and Hourly. Expense Accounts and other non-taxable reimbursements may be included with each payroll.

Your online payroll service can be used to provide comprehensive e-payroll processing. You can use it to maintain employee records, set up new hires, make rate changes, input payroll hours and dollars, post voids and manual payroll checks, and more. Tracking deductions and vacation time accruals has never been easier! You can even print checks in-house (available for most companies).
